Continuing to build market share in the NZ and offshore markets through innovation and quality, a hands-on Quality Manager is required to help drive business growth.  Through effective staff leadership you will take responsibility for providing the business with technical support, ongoing process improvement, and quality and compliance management. 

Integral to your success in this critical role will be your tertiary qualification in Food Technology or similar supported by your proven track record in quality management within a food production environment and knowledge of HACCP and NZ Food Safety regulations.  Your inspirational leadership style will enable you to shape and drive a team of two direct reports.
