Constantly seeking to launch new products to market to increase market share, innovation is a primary focus for the business as is speed to market from concept development to product launch.  Their continued growth has resulted in the need for an extra NPD Technologist.

Working with both internal and external customers plus raw material suppliers throughout, this position will incorporate a mix of responsibilities from hands-on lab work, recipe development and specification writing through to running factory trials. 

This opportunity will suit an innovative and communicative technologist with a sound understanding of recipe and product development and factory trials plus an appreciation of quality and sensory science.  Project management experience and effective problem solving skills will be supported by a tertiary qualification in Food Technology or similar.
