Jane originally established 9am under the name Lewis & Associates. She is well known for her work in human resources, as a member of senior management for a multinational. She spent years as managing director of a human resources consultancy.

She has over five years experience recruiting extensively for technical, operations and engineering positions. “I focus on strategies to find the most capable people in the market, not just the most available.” Kim places emphasis on building and maintaining candidate relationships. Lorraine spent 18 months as part of an onsite solution for New Zealand’s largest cooperative, recruiting in Manufacturing & Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Graduate and Summer Student Programs.
