Mark brings a wealth of experience across business to business markets with specialisation in pharmaceutical, medical device and animal health sectors. Mark’s experience spans over 20 years gained both within multinational and private companies giving him a very good insight into different operational models and organisational cultures. Companies Mark has worked for include 3M Healthcare, Novartis, Abbott, Pfizer, InterMed and GSK. Having held management roles in both sales and marketing Mark understands the skill requirements for senior and executive roles within each sector. As a hiring manager he has wide experience in end to end recruiting. His experience covers corporate restructuring and start up sales teams.
