9am People's blue chip client base, its quality practices and sound business approach has been largely due to leadership by consulting director Jane Lewis. Jane originally established 9am under the name Lewis & Associates. She is well known for her work in human resources, as a member of senior management for a multinational. She spent years as managing director of a human resources consultancy.

Mark brings a wealth of experience across business to business markets with specialisation in pharmaceutical, medical device and animal health sectors. Mark’s experience spans over 20 years gained both within multinational and private companies giving him a very good insight into different operational models and organisational cultures. Companies Mark has worked for include 3M Healthcare, Novartis, Abbott, Pfizer, InterMed and GSK.

Having held management roles in both sales and marketing Mark understands the skill requirements for senior and executive roles within each sector. As a hiring manager he has wide experience in end to end recruiting. His experience covers corporate restructuring and start up sales teams. This experience will be invaluable to both clients & candidates working with Mark at 9am People.
